Before you order

• Check the size guide on each product page — if you’re between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a comfier fit.

If something isn’t right

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders head to production shortly after purchase, so we’re often unable to change or cancel once they’re in progress. If you catch something quickly, reach out and we’ll do our best.

Shipping & “delivered” scans

Once a package is marked delivered, carriers are best equipped to locate it. We’ll gladly help with guidance and next steps.

International customers

Some regions offer special rights for custom goods; note that made-to-order items are typically exempt from change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items remain eligible for help as above.
