Thank you for supporting Curls Are Hot™! 💕 Every item is made to order through our trusted print partner, Printify, which means less waste and more intentional production — but also slightly longer fulfillment times.
📦 Processing & Fulfillment
Each order is custom printed once you make your purchase.

Processing time: 7-10 business days

Fulfillment: handled by Printify’s global network of print providers

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Because items are made to order, orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

Canada: 7–15 business days

International: 10–25 business days
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the print provider closest to you.
💌 Tracking & Updates
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note it may take 24–48 hours for tracking info to update. If it’s been more than a few days without updates, email us at jerusha@curlsarehot.shop — we’ll check with Printify’s team for you.
💔 Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll work with Printify to send you a free replacement — no returns needed.
If a package is marked delivered but not found, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. Unfortunately, Curls Are Hot™ and Printify cannot cover replacements for items lost after delivery.
🌍 International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility. These vary by country.
